How do I track my gift?

Open the order under My Orders: its details screen shows every step of the delivery. When an order is sent as a gift, the recipient also gets a WhatsApp message with a link to follow it, without seeing what's inside.

Can I hide my name from the recipient?

It already is. The invoice that comes with the order shows only the recipient's name and address, and the tracking page the recipient sees keeps the sender hidden.

Can I hide the prices?

Yes. Choose "I am sending this order as a gift" at checkout, on the website or in the Gifty app, and the invoice shows only the delivery details, with no items or prices. The option is for orders paid by card or Whish Money.

Can I add a message for the recipient?

Yes. When you send an order as a gift, on the website or in the Gifty app, you can write a message. The recipient reads it on the page where they follow the delivery.

Is gift wrapping free?

Yes, gift wrapping is free. In the Gifty app you can also choose to wrap each item separately; each extra wrap adds a charge, shown at checkout.

Can I personalize a gift with my own photos or text?

Many gifts can be personalized. The product page shows the choices and asks for your photos or text before you add the gift to your cart.

Where do you deliver, and how fast?

Everywhere in Lebanon. Delivery in Beirut is same day; elsewhere the timing depends on the delivery company. Some gifts are made to order and need extra preparation time, which is shown on the product page.

How much does delivery cost?

$5 anywhere in Lebanon, $1 less for every $10 in your order after any promo code, and free from $50. So under $10 it's $5, $10–$19.99 is $4, $20–$29.99 is $3, $30–$39.99 is $2, $40–$49.99 is $1. A scheduled delivery costs the same as an express one. These prices are for delivery inside Lebanon.

Do you deliver outside Lebanon?

International delivery is arranged on request. It has no fixed fee: the cost depends on the size of your order and the delivery company, so the Lebanon delivery prices do not apply. Ask us for a quote before you order.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes: choose the delivery date at checkout, on the website or in the Gifty app. The earliest date depends on where the gift is going and how long it takes to prepare.

What if the recipient isn't home?

If a delivery attempt doesn't go through, the order shows it and our team follows up to get the gift delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Whish Money, cash on delivery, your Gifty wallet balance, and Gifty gift cards. Cash on delivery is not available for gift card purchases.

Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Customized or personalized gifts, flowers, and food such as breakfast boxes cannot be returned, and neither can anything that has been opened. Approved refunds go to your Gifty wallet instantly, or back to your card within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

How do Gifty gift cards work?

Pick a theme, set an amount and add a message. The recipient gets a message with a link, verifies their phone number to claim the card, and adds its balance to their Gifty wallet to spend in the app or on the website.
